Our meat arrives exclusively from  Montefeltro's farms. Veal fillet steak with coarse salt and rosemary, lamb costine "scottadito" or “tagliata di cinta” of “formaggio di fossa” and "viccotto" will satisfy the most demanding desires.
As an alternative, we propose a wide range of raw milk cheeses combined with perfumes of “Sapa” and homemade jam.
